Refund Policy

Every order from TopArmor has a 30-day return or refund guarantee. This entitles you to claim a refund or replacement within 30-days of receiving your items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiate your return by emailing support@top-armor.com. Please include your name, order number and photos of the socks.

Keep In Mind

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items intended for return back to Top Armor.
  • If items are not received in the original packaging and condition, a refund will not be issued.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

I think my item might be faulty. What do I do?

Please follow the returns process above and email us at support@top-armor.com. Please include your name, order number and photos of the socks in question, as well as a description of your experience. Our team will then follow up within 24 hours to initiate the return and get a brand new pair out to you ASAP.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
